• Welcome back to Western's Junior Coaching Programme

• 9 weeks total of group coaching

• Sunday 13th Jan to Friday 8th Feb inclusive (4 weeks)

• THEN 1 WEEK BREAK

• Sunday 17th Feb to Friday 22nd Mar inclusive (5 weeks)

1	Agree how many classes each child is attending
2	Choose Member or Non-member box of prices
3	Pick longest class and pay full price
4	Pick 2nd longest class and pay discounted price
5	If child is doing 3 classes, pay half price for 3rd class
6	If you have 3 children on the block at same time, please take 10% discount from your overall bill
7	Please transfer by BACS!

Sample scenarios:

A " class" is defined as the "slot' your child has e.g Sun at 10 - 11; Tues 545 - 645; Thursday 5 - 630 etc.

1. I have two children doing a one hour class each who are non- members. The bill is £85 + £85 = £170
2. I have one child who does 2 classes (1 of 1.5 hours and 1 of 1 hour) and another who does 1 class of 1 hour. They are both members. The bill for Child 1 is £110 + £65 = £175 and the bill for Child 2 is £75. Total = £250.
3. I have one child who is a member who does a 1. 5 hour class, a second 1.5 hour class and a 1 hour class. Bill = £110 + £95 + £37 = £242

Please note as per 2018, Western Baths membership no longer gives you discount for coaching. Western Baths members are still allowed to use the club twice per week as before but the member discount is only for members of Western Tennis Club. Please pay by FRIDAY 18TH JANUARY 2019. As you will understand, chasing payment is time consuming so your co-operation is greatly appreciated - many thanks!

If you are unable to pay by BACS, please make cheque payable to "Western Tennis Coaching Club" and place the cheque in an envelope with your child's name, DOB, medical conditions, emergency number and class time(s) on the front of the envelope.

Note: If you have 3 or more children participating in the programme at the same time, please apply a 10% discount to your overall bill.

Family Tennis

FREE family tennis is available EVERY Sunday from 4pm - 5pm. Members and non-members welcome and a coach will be on hand with rackets, balls and ideas to help you have a game with your children! Sometimes this needs to be cancelled at short notice. Please check out Facebook.com/WesternJuniorTennis for details on a weekly basis

Nursery Tennis Session for pre- school 3/4 year olds
